I bought this cat tree for my two cats (one adult about a year old and one kitten about 4 months old) who had been disagreeing since the younger of the two arrived. They both instantly fell in love with it, and have even stopped fighting since it arrived! I worried at first that the top perch has the tiniest wobble to it, but it doesn't seem to bother either kitty. They play on it and sit next to each other watching the squirrels go by.It's a great product that I'd recommend to anyone with one or more cats. It's really sturdy with a good solid base. We just purchased this Armakat 78" cat tree to better accommodate the recent addition of a second cat, a young male who loves to climb. It does offer two high perches for both cats and lots of sisal for climbing and scratching, but the faux fleece covering material is too thin and overall the structure is wobbly. Also, the two perches have only three side walls that are not deep enough for the cats to curl up into; they're too exposed.Although at 50 pounds, this tall tree house rocks with our hyper kitty as he tears up and down it, I don't think he'll be able to topple it.Our original cat tree by a different manufacturer, is a ... This is a great cat tree. It's over 6 feet tall & my cats love it. It's got a hammock on the lowest level, ropes to climb on, sisal posts all thru for scratching, 5 platforms to get to, a little hidey house to lounge in & it even comes with the dangley toys to play with on the top platforms (plus one extra). It's not made of carpet, but of fleece, so the cats don't confuse it with YOUR carpets.It comes in a nice compact box. Update on this review: am adding one more star...I've had it for 2 years and a bit and although still not very stable, my youngest cats use it daily...They absolutely adore watching the birds from up high...."I bought it based on the amazon reviews and I am a bit disappointed by it. My cats did not use it at all the first month. After a while, the kitten started sleeping on the highest tower. My problem with it, is that it is not stable.
