We just purchased this Armakat 78" cat tree to better accommodate the recent addition of a second cat, a young male who loves to climb. It does offer two high perches for both cats and lots of sisal for climbing and scratching, but the faux fleece covering material is too thin and overall the structure is wobbly. Also, the two perches have only three side walls that are not deep enough for the cats to curl up into; they're too exposed.Although at 50 pounds, this tall tree house rocks with our hyper kitty as he tears up and down it, I don't think he'll be able to topple it.Our original cat tree by a different manufacturer, is a ...
