When I purchased the original version of the Innotek Ultrasmart contain and train system, it was great. MY dog learned quick and he stays within boundaries even without collar on all the time. When I got a second dog, I ordered a second collar for ~$100. Within 2 months, I had to replace it since the glue holding on front cover did not hold and the front cover fell off, disconnecting the two small wires that control the sound. I called Innotek and got a free replacement collar. At the same time, I replaced the other ~2 year old collar since it stopped responding to the remove.
