As a guy my only way of shopping is amazon.com, 100% satisfied with Amazon, especially the Prime program and super fast shipping. BUT, who is the "buyer" for pet supplies? I picked this item based on the poor reviews on all the other pet stairs in XL size, this item sounded "great". First impression, NO quality control. The wood used to build the item, especially sides and support piece were cracked and split with the grain, thick enough for for say a quarter at the beginning and two at the end.
