I have this in a 55 gallon turtle tank that is only 1/3 of the way full. Under those conditions, this thing works awesome. Probably cause I have more filter than I need for that application. But seeing the results, its worth it to do this way. For some reason they like to rate filters at what it takes for 1-3 fish. People want more fish than that. So after seeing these results, I'd recommend buying slightly more powerful filter then you need. It makes for far less maintenance.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
