I bought this trimmer originally from a local pet store. The Andis brand was highly recommended by a professional pet groomer. They told me the Oster was cheaply made and tended to fall apart easily. After purchasing, I looked on Amazon.com to see how other consumers rated the trimmer. Had a very favorable rating, but then I also noticed that Amazon.com sold the trimmer for $60 cheaper than the store...so I order the trimmer from Amazon.com and took the other trimmer back to the store that very same day I had bought it...and told the customer service why it was being returned.The trimmer was delivered from Amazon.com within 1 week.
